Another finish

Trying out the blocks on my design wall. This quilt was made out of my scraps. I didn't realise I had so many with yellow in them.

I really enjoy making log cabin quilts.
I made this quilt for a family member who has just been diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to gift her something she could take to her chemo sessions. It has wool batting for extra warmth.

Alot smaller than I'm used to making. A lap quilt, although it does go from my ankles to my chin!

As a little extra bonus I won Best Hand Quilting for my 'Just for Fun ' quilt st Festival of Quilts last month!

 Thanks for dropping by
